CYCLE MOLES PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Become a Smarter, Stronger, More Powerful Cyclist 

• Performance Ride Training
• Choose Live In-Studio or Zoom (CM1 only) from your home
• Interval Training
• Access to online library
Base:  Tue & Thu 9:30am (45 mins)
Level 1:  Mon & Wed 7am (60 mins)
Level 2:  Tue & Thu 6:30pm (90 mins)

HEALTHY KNEES STRENGTH & CYCLE

Soothe, stabilize, and strengthen your knees so you can get back to doing the things you love

• Reduce (or eliminate!) your knee pain
• 30 minutes on bike
• 30 minutes strength training
• NO experience necessary
• You CAN do this!

Level 1:  Mon & Wed 12-1pm

Sharpen your game at any level & learn the sport of a lifetime

• 6 Students per Coach
• Ages 5-8: Aces 1
• Ages 8-11: Aces 1 & 2
• Middle School: Aces 3 & 4
• High School: Aces 5 & 6
• JETT (Junior Elite Tennis Training) - invited by coaches
• Adults Single & Doubles

• Base training for all sports

High School
• Tue or Thu 6:00-7:00 AM
• Mon or Wed 3:45-4:45 PM
