CYCLE MOLES PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Become a Smarter, Stronger, More Powerful Cyclist
• Performance Ride Training
• Choose Live In-Studio or Zoom from your home
• Interval Training
• Access to online library
Mon & Wed 7am (60 mins)

HEALTHY KNEES STRENGTH & CYCLE
Soothe, stabilize, and strengthen your knees so you can get back to doing the things you love
• Reduce (or eliminate!) your knee pain
• 30 minutes on bike
• 30 minutes strength training
• NO experience necessary
• You CAN do this!

TENNIS CLINICS
For Juniors & Adults
Sharpen your game at any level & learn the sport of a lifetime
• 6 Students per Coach
• Ages 5-8: Aces 1
• Ages 8-11: Aces 1 & 2
• Middle School: Aces 3 & 4
• High School: Aces 5 & 6
• JETT (Junior Elite Tennis Training) - invited by coaches
• Adults Single & Doubles

STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE
For Middle & High School
Develop your athletic base for any sport
• 10 Students per Coach
• For the Developing Athlete
• Base training for all sports
• Get stronger to avoid injury
• Build Power & Confidence
Middle School:
- Tuesday: Noon-1pm or 4:15-5:15 pm
- Thursday: Noon-1pm or 4:15-5:15 pm
High School
- Monday: Noon-1pm or 4:00-5:00 pm
- Wednesday: Noon-1pm or 4:00-5:00 pm
