We love that every level of cyclist, from absolute beginner to seasoned competitor, can enjoy the group camaraderie and get so much out of it. Our team supplies the energy, knowledge, music and powerful motivation combined with our unique Ride Studio to bring you a rewarding experience every time.

Introduction to Indoor Cycling

Are you curious about indoor cycling but to shy/nervous/afraid to give it a try? We’ll show you how to set up your bike, read the monitor, and ride like a Pro.

Choose your RIDE Class

You are invited to join in on our indoor cycling “RIDE” experience! All levels of experience are welcome. Get energized with our motivating music and instructors who will encourage you do your best… and then some. You’ll love how you feel and your sense of accomplishment after each class. Our motto is “RIDE: Challenge Accepted!”

For first-timers, please arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can set up your bike for a custom fit. No worries, we write it all down for you and store in in the Ride Studio so you’ll always know your settings and can enjoy each and every RIDE.

In our RIDE Studio, we have maximum 15 Keiser M3i bikes with dual Toe Cage/SPD pedals which means you can wear any athletic shoe or bike shoes with SPD cleats. These premium indoor bikes offer 4-way adjustability to give you a comfortable ride. The display monitor on each bike includes RPM, Watts/Calories, Heart Rate (we recommend the MYZONE heart rate system), Gear Numbers 1-24, Time, and Distance in Miles. Lots of ways to track your ride and your progress.

Don’t worry about the saddle, we offer gel bike seat covers if you like a little more cush for your tush.

Cycle Moles

If you are looking to take your cycling and your physical performance to the next level, we invite you to join our 8-week Cycle Moles Clinic. We dial in on training your low to high aerobic ability help you to become efficient at every heart rate level so you know when to hold back and the times to push hard. Soon you will feel like you can conquer any hill and complete every ride with confidence.

Healthy Knees Strength & Cycle

Feeling like you want a base and a boost in your confidence and ability before you jump into one of our RIDE classesHealthy Knees Strength & Cycle Clinic is a great place to start, even if you’ve been fairly sedentary latelyWe do all the things that are good for your knees, hips, and ankles and you’ll become accustomed to riding a bike and feeling great before you know it
