Workouts on Your Own

You won’t find an intimidating, impersonal big box gym or the limits of a small single purpose studio. What you will find is the sweet spot: a warm, engaging community with superb facilities and variety to suit your fitness needs. Remodeled and expanded in 2017 & 2018, we have all new  equipment and 2 gyms to keep your solo workouts fresh and exciting!  Comes with our W8 workouts - an 8 week training plan for you to track your progress.

Get the instruction of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost and enjoy the support and accountability of having a group along for the ride.

During Phase 2 Covid, our Group Training sessions are limited to 5 people per group and include key aspects of training:

Warm up, Power, Strength, Cardio, and Recovery 
so you get everything you need to be healthier, play harder, and live life better.

Group Training Pricing: unlimited with Training Level members;  $18+tax/class; $160+tax/10 class pass (3 month expire, non-refundable)

Personal Training

Do you have goals you want to reach fast? With our one on one personal training, you will have someone who understand the way you do fitness. Accountability, support and education is part of our philosophy and by following the instruction of our trainers, you'll see results at the right pace for you.

We start your training with a private consultation to find out what you like, what you want, your health history, and any limitations or hesitations you may have.  Then we work with you to reach new accomplishments every day.  We are ready to help you reclaim the health, strength, and stamina you want so that you don’t just keep up, but you lead the way.  Personal Training is your BEST option for maximum results.
