Fabulous Fall Ahead

While Robin and I do not have to scoot kids off to school anymore, we feel fall coming. 


As fall approaches, it is time to consider the coming months of indoor time and what BTTC can do for you. 


Both of us, along with the Fitness Team, hope to entice everyone back to the Zone and Strong floors with a great new and improved line up of fitness opportunities. 


This fall is a great time to dive back into your fitness regime, one that might have slipped over the last 2 years (for good reason!).

Rains will soon come, along with darker evenings and shorter days—this means its time to look at what you can do at BTTC to fire up your fitness. Kristyn, Connor, Elizabeth and Robin recognized the coming opportunity and spent the last 6 weeks developing a great line up of new, improved and continuing Fitness Classes. 


One of these classes will fit into your fitness goals and your schedule.

But how to dive in? That is where the Passport Program fits in. For all of September, get a Fitness Passport from the Front Desk and try any of our Fitness Classes for free and enter to win prizes. The Passport program is another way we want to entice you back into your fitness program this fall.


Finally, Kristyn and Connor are ready to provide personal one-on-one Personal Training services. Both are trained, certified and come with years of excellent experience. They would be happy to customize a work out for your specific needs and goals.
