Exercise is not something you must do in order to "earn" your food. There can be a lot of stress and pressure surrounding food during the holidays.
Whether it happens to be concerns of overindulgence, or hyper focus from other family members on your own eating habits.
Enjoy your life, and celebrate the reasons that you exercise that have nothing to do with your physical appearance. Block out anyone that does not bring you joy.
Enjoy the delicious food with your families and friends, and celebrate the health of your body with joyous, meaningful movement. Give yourself small, attainable goals that have nothing to do with weight, and live in the moment with your loved ones.
And remember to take your vitamin D!
