Rhod's Holiday Hustle 20 minute Workout

The whirlwind of holiday season is here!  Places to be, people to see, errands to run… the list goes on.  During all this hustle and bustle it can be a struggle to get in your workouts.  BUT… I have a solution for you.  In just 20 minutes you can complete a full body workout sure to maintain your strength and help burn off those extra holiday sweets!

 Warmup – 4 minutes

Cardio Machine 3 minutes, Straight Leg Kicks 20 sec, Butt Kicks 20 sec, Arm Circles 20sec

 Strength Circuit – 14 minutes

Complete the circuit 2 times. Take 1-minute rest after each round.

Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Take a 15 second rest in between each exercise:

  • Squats

  • Alternating Lunges

  • Farmer Carry

  • Mountain Climbers

  • TRX Row

  • Push Ups

  • Glute Bridges

  • Bicycle Crunch

  • Rest 1 Minute

  • REPEAT!

 Stretch - 2 minutes

  • Quads 20 sec/side

  • Straight Leg Hamstring Stretch 20 seconds

  • Chest Stretch 20 seconds

  • Side Bend 20 sec/side
