Alright! It's that time of year again - the holidays!

Personally, I absolutely LOVE this time of year, though many don't.

For many, it's that time of year again...the holidays...

Food...Wine...More Food...More Wine...Wine...Wine...Wine...

There goes all that hard work; all that time spent in the gym; all the blood, sweat, and tears shed as Tyler makes you do the Sled Push on the S-Drive machine...

Not to mention the stress typically associated with the holidays...

And it's this cycle we just accept as a rule!

I want to propose an accountability challenge to you: The Maintain, No-Gain Challenge.

You can do this with anybody - a friend, a group, your significant other, whoever!

Here's the goal: To weigh the same as you did at the start of the holiday season - So if right now you weigh 175lbs, come January 2nd your goal is to not weigh more than 175lbs!

Participation is simple: Agree on a dollar amount and put it into a pot among your group, whoever you want to do this with. If you don't weigh more than when you started, you get your money back. If you do weigh more than when you started, you have to donate your money to a mission of your choice! By adding a little healthy competition to your holiday season, you'll be able to maintain what you've worked so hard for and start the new year on the right foot.

Give it a try! It might be exactly what you need to keep you on track!
