Level 1: No experience needed! Beginners welcome. Tues & Thurs, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. 30 mins on the bike, 30 mins strength & stretch.

Level 2: Build on a basic foundation of fitness! Tues & Thurs, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. 45 min on bike, 15 mins strength & stretch.
