Group Training

Our Group Training sessions include key aspects of training
- Warm up, Strength, Cardio, and Recovery - 
so you get everything you need to be healthier, play harder, and do life better.

You can now reserve your class UP TO 3 WEEKS AHEAD!
With this privilege, comes great responsibility:

~ Cancel online (or call the club) up to 2 hours prior to class start
~ LATE Cancel $5 per class within 2 hours of class start
~ NO SHOW (made a reservation, didn't cancel prior to class stat , didn't show up) = $18 (full class fee)

You’ll get the best results if you attend 2 or more classes per week.
