In the STRONG training zone, you’ll get a great workout based on functional training.  

What is functional training?  Instead of isolating a muscle or joint (to build muscles for show), functional training focuses strengthening muscles for movement.   You use basic functional movements like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, and carrying to improve your strength, stability, and mobility that you need to thrive in your life and sports. Train like you move...seems smart, right?

Tips for taking classes in the STRONG Training Zone:

Never done a strength class before?  No problem.  Arrive early and let your trainer know it’s your first time.  Share if you have any health concerns (like knee issues or a sore shoulder) so that they can adjust any exercises for you.
